Returns / Refund Policy
Products may not be returned unless the incorrect product has been supplied by Mitchells Plain Alive or the product is damaged or faulty. If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within five days of receipt. In such an instance, we will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product upon receipt of the returned products, but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned products.

Delivery Policy
On receipt of payment confirmation, we will dispatch your order and you will receive it within 10 days within South Africa. International deliveries will be between 3-5 weeks. We will do our utmost to ensure your order is delivered within these time, however, on occasions, it may take a little longer. We will notify you of any delay but we cannot be held responsible for any claims made as a result of the delay.
